Please make sure to read the entire description of the item before purchasing (sizes, materials, colors etc), so you can be sure that it fits your needs. Colors on the screen may vary between monitors due to resolution settings. Please don't hesitate to contact me with any concerns you may have. Please keep in mind that all BlankCanvas items are handcrafted or hand printed, thus some small imperfections may be present. Hopefully, you will appreciate that they make handmade items unique and full of personality. After all, none of us is perfect!

Your satisfaction is the most important thing for me. Please contact me right away if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. I'm sure we can rectify the situation.
I offer a return window of 14 DAYS after the receipt of the goods. Within 14 days of your receipt of the product, I will provide a full refund of the cost of the product (shipping cost not included). All you have to do is pay for insured return shipping of the merchandise. Your funds will be returned once I am in possession of the intact merchandise and its original packaging.
Should your package be declined and returned to me from the courier without any damage, I will provide you a full refund of the cost of the product.
In the event you've received a damaged item, please contact me right away. We will work out a solution.
If you have not received your item for a long time after your shipment confirmation (more than 40 business days), please contact me. It is very likely that the item got stuck in transit or lost.
Exchange or return/refund of CUSTOM ORDERS is not acceptable. Please make sure you provide me all the details that regard custom orders. I will make every effort during crafting your special order to make sure it meets your requirements.
| CLIENT LIABILITY |
It is your responsibility to provide a valid shipping address (Billing address). I do not refund postage for unclaimed or undelivered packages. You are responsible for the second shipping cost.
It is your responsibility if the damage is tied to a manipulation of the item other than what is intended for their use. Returning a damaged item in this specific case is not acceptable. The same applies for wrongful handling of the item during their upkeep.
